Seva Care is reviving its talk series on educational topics that we hope will help expand our awareness and understanding of various areas concerned with Caring for Our Community.
Our goal is to present a topic approximately on the second Tuesday of each month depending on the availability of the presenters. The talks will be aired live on Zoom, YouTube, and Facebook. The format may include presentation, interview, discussion, or podcast style but will always include a Q&A. Total length of the talk will be 60 mins inclusive of the Q&A, 7-8pm.

Understand the Risks and Find Solutions. Isolation can lead to severe mental health issues, heart disease, dementia, anxiety, premature death, and social dysfunction, affecting overall well-being and quality of life.
