End of Life Care Services
Here are the types of end of life care services we offer:
- providing support and spiritual and emotional comfort to the patient and family;
- sitting with the family;
- providing vigil;
- greeting visitors in the home;
- preparing a light meal;
- providing assistance to the caregiver so they can spend time with their loved one;
- legacy work, reading, singing, meditation.
- Group projects include such things as those related to special skills, hobbies, or passions that volunteers possess.
We also help planning last rites, the funeral, and memorial. If you have a loved one or community member to nominate for our end-of-life-care services, please contact us.
